100% Unoaked Chardonnay (French Dijon Clones 75, 76, 95 and CA Clone 4)

Grown in well-drained, sandy loam bojac mundane soil, with a band of clay and high minerality content with ancient shell. About 35 million years ago, a meteor slammed into the earth at a location that is now the southern tip of the Eastern Shore, displacing much of the soil and fragmenting the shell and mineralogy. This is a pure expression of the varietal and Eastern Shore terroir.
