The Farmhouse is a secluded 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first floor includes a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, full bath, and a utility room with washer/dryer. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen, one Twin), full bath with antique tub and shower head.
The house overlooks vineyards, barns, woods, and fields and includes water access to Church Creek with a private dock for non-motor boats. Kayaks and paddle boards are allowed and kayaks are available upon request.
RENTAL COST
$220.60 per night with a 2 night minimum stay. $75 cleaning fee.
AMENITIES
600-thread count European bed linens, top of the line pillow-top mattresses, bath towels, crib and toddler beds available, coffee maker & coffee, 42" television with local channels. At present, no wi-fi service is available (we're rural!), AT&T and Verizon cellular networks are supported.
